Marketplace terms

These terms describe the initial BillCounter Global connection model.

Marketplace role

BillCounter Global provides equipment discovery, supplier-profile review and inquiry routing. It is not the seller, buyer, payment processor, shipping provider or party to a transaction between users.

Listings and availability

Product information, pricing, availability, certifications and delivery terms are provided by suppliers and must be confirmed directly before purchase.

Supplier review and reputation

Verification and reputation tiers are informational signals based on the information and activity available to the marketplace. They are not guarantees of performance or product suitability.

Buyer responsibility

Buyers should verify specifications, applicable standards, warranties, payment terms, taxes, import requirements and delivery arrangements before committing to a purchase.

Acceptable use

Users must provide accurate information and may not use the marketplace for fraud, impersonation, unlawful goods, spam or interference with the service.
