This notice describes the current static marketplace website.

Information you provide

Equipment inquiries are sent through your email application to BillCounter Global. Supplier applications are submitted through the linked Google Form and are subject to Google’s handling of form data.

Information stored on your device

Your selected color theme and saved equipment may be stored in your browser using local storage. This data is not automatically transmitted to BillCounter Global.

How information is used

Inquiry and application information may be used to evaluate requests, contact you and route a request to a suitable supplier. It is not sold as a general-purpose contact database.

Third parties

When an inquiry is routed, the information necessary to answer it may be shared with a relevant supplier. The website may also link to third-party services whose own policies apply.
